Every rule on this site carries its official source (CMS, state Medicaid agencies, the statute itself), its effective date, and the date it was last verified. Where a state detail is unpublished, the page says pending rather than presenting a guess as fact. The full standard is on our Editorial policy page.
Who reviews it
Content is reviewed by Gavin YE, Technical Director, ClearRules Labs — federal rule summaries, state implementation notes, calculator logic, and the document checklists. We do not publish fabricated reviewer bylines: where an item has not been reviewed, the page says so rather than carrying a name that never looked at it.
