Educational estimates only

This site provides educational information and estimates about Medicaid community-engagement rules under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA, P.L. 119-21). It is not legal, medical, benefits, or financial advice, and it is not an eligibility determination. Only your state Medicaid agency can determine your eligibility, exemption status, or compliance.

Not a government website

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CMS, HHS, Medicaid.gov, HealthCare.gov, or any state Medicaid agency. Official information is available at Medicaid.gov and your state agency's website — every state page on this site links directly to those official sources.

Accuracy and changing rules

Data is drawn from official public sources (HHS/ASPE poverty guidelines, CMS, state agencies, KFF) and carries a last-verified date (2026-09-28). The 2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines used here match the official HHS/ASPE figures exactly. However, OBBBA implementation details are being finalized state by state; items marked "pending" or "TBD" have not been published by the relevant state and must not be relied upon as final. Where estimates differ from an official determination, the official determination always controls.
