Who is responsible for your data

ClearRules Labs is the data controller for this site. Requests or questions about this policy, or about any data described below: admin@clearruleslabs.com.

The short version

We never ask for your Social Security number, medical records, or immigration status. Everything you type into our calculators stays in your browser. The one exception is email: if — and only if — you choose to join the reminder list, your email address is sent to our own server and stored so we can send you the renewal reminders you asked for. If you never enter an email, nothing you do here ever leaves your device, apart from anonymous site-usage statistics collected by Google Analytics (see below), which never include what you type here.

What we collect

• Calculator inputs (wage, hours, schedule type): processed entirely in your browser; never sent to a server.
• Reminder signups (email address, the page you signed up from, your language, and this consent record): sent to our own server (no third-party email or CRM service) and stored there solely so we can send you the deadline and renewal reminders you requested. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
• Browser notifications: permission is managed by your browser; we receive nothing.

What we never collect

• Social Security numbers

• Immigration status
• Precise location

Email reminders

The reminder list is operated by us, on our own server — your address is not shared with, or processed by, any email marketing company. It is used only for Medicaid renewal and deadline reminders, never for marketing, and never sold or shared with anyone. We keep reminder signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; unsubscribe requests are honored within 30 days. You can also delete your own data at any time by emailing admin@clearruleslabs.com.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RYPT8BFRGP) to understand overall site usage — for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, how they found us, and what kind of device and browser they use. Google Analytics works by setting cookies and sending pseudonymous usage data (including truncated IP addresses) to Google's servers. It does not receive anything you type into our calculators, and it never sees Social Security numbers, health information, or immigration status. It also does not receive your email address — signups are sent only to our own server.

You can opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by enabling "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by blocking cookies from this site in your browser settings. Google's own data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from reminder emails with the link in any email, or by writing to admin@clearruleslabs.com. Disable browser notifications in your browser settings. Calendar (.ics) files and calendar subscriptions you add are stored in your own calendar app and can be removed there at any time — the subscription link contains no personal data.
